Having a personal trainer will definitely help you to get to where you want to be faster and more efficient. You will avoid all the mistakes along the way and through the right education you will learn and understand more.
I pay a big attention on form and technique when performing the exercises. At the very beginning we will go for a Static and Dynamic Assessment. This will give me an indication which direction we should go when creating the training program for you.
Why do you do assessment ?
In my opinion the assessment is one of the most important step before even starting any training program.
Going through the movement assessment gives me the idea how your body works when moving and what exercises will be the best for you at this stage. I would know where to start to progress you in the most effective way.
Knowing your blood pressure is very important when it comes to exercises and intensity selection.
It is all about health and safety as well as effectiveness.
The better exercises and intensity of training we can choose for you the better result you can get.
What are the benefits of exercise and activities ?
There are loads of benefits of exercising and being active. Being active it is not only spending time in the gym and lifting weights. It is all about the way you spend your free time. The more active you are the more healthy and fitter your are. It is also easier to control and manage your body weight and body fat
