Education is a key. Without the knowledge the progress, success and ultimate goal is delayed. There are loads of guessing and trying. I share my knowledge with you and teach how to apply it now and in the future.

Training Program

Well structured training plan is a must if you want to get a great fitness and sport results. There is no doubt about that. Training plans that you do on your own are included when you work with me.

Supplementation

Supplementation as the name suggests is an addition to your diet and nutrition. It might be a protein shake to increase your daily protein intake or supplements supporting your stress management, recovery, sleep, digestive and immunity system. But first you need to look at your diet and lifestyle before adding any supplements.

Communication

Communication is very important. I communicate with my clients on daily and weekly basis. Whether it is at the gym or via phone, email, messenger and other social media platforms. Whatever suits my clients best. I am also using my MarcinFitness app where you get all your workouts, schedule, plans, diet, educational material, progress tracking, and also the inbuilt messenger. I pay a big attention on form and technique when performing the exercises. At the very beginning we will go for a Static and Dynamic Assessment. This will give me an indication which direction we should go when creating the training program for you.

In my opinion the assessment is one of the most important step before even starting any training program.

Going through the movement assessment gives me the idea how your body works when moving and what exercises will be the best for you at this stage. I would know where to start to progress you in the most effective way.

Knowing your blood pressure is very important when it comes to exercises and intensity selection.

It is all about health and safety as well as effectiveness.

The better exercises and intensity of training we can choose for you the better result you can get.

There are loads of benefits of exercising and being active. Being active it is not only spending time in the gym and lifting weights. It is all about the way you spend your free time. The more active you are the more healthy and fitter your are. It is also easier to control and manage your body weight and body fat
