What is Online Training?

Online Training is just different form of training and it is very convenient when you want to work with me but live far away and not able to travel to the place where I work.

All the steps are very similar to in person training. We still go for a consultation, questionnaires, training plan and nutrition education. Everything take place online with our weekly Zoom calls. To keep accountable you will fill in weekly check ins apart from our regular calls.

All the training plans, nutrition educations, progress and schedule is kept on Fit4Life fitness app where you get the access as well.
